Baking for the weekend...

Due to the disaster in Northern Japan, everything was cancelled here as we.ll, for the safety of all people. Instead of watching the depressing news on TV all day long, I decided to bake again.

This time round I baked 清水蛋糕 (which didn't really turn out the way I thought it would be) on Saturday. I think it was not well-down, not fluffy enough.

On Sunday, I baked cinnamon rolls. I prepared the dough on Saturday and left it in the fridge overnight. I think I could have added more sugar, or make some topping, cos it's not really sweet, but it's healthier without so much sugar. hee...
