African Drumming

dong dong ta... dong dong ta...

I attended my 1st African drum lesson in the evening. It was fun learning the drum and it was fun meeting new people. Let me introduce all of you to my new friends: The one in white is the leader, Gokkin, the one in black is Maco. Both of them plays the drums very well. The girl at the back is Masako. She is a friend of Hida Sensei. The one in red is Ono-San, he has been to Singapore for 6 times, he has a friend who lives in Simei and he plays the guitar base in a band. Real cool! The one taking the photo is Hida Sensei, who is also the person who introduced me to the group. I will be going back again next Wednesday, though my hands are now painful and some parts are bruised!
