After farming...

After farming, I went to Oita City and walked around with Kiyomi. Just before we left the shopping mall, I saw this pair of boots, simple and nice (Price mah... not cheap...but not the most expensive) and I tried it on and decided that I should just get it. I have been looking around for a pair of boots and there are just too many varieties that I didn't know which to choose. So... Presenting....... My FIRST pair of boots...

My new boots!!!
After dinner, I took a train back to Saiki. I have to cycle back to my apartment from the eki (train station). As I was cycling, a police car pulled along the roadside and the police stopped me. Well, they talked to me in Japanese which I couldn't understand. In my broken limited Japanese, I told them I am an English sensei in the high school. They asked for my Gaijin card and pointed to my bicycle light and said that my bicycle has no light. I realised that the light is spoiled. I had to look really pitiful and apologise to them and they advised me to go to the bike shop to get it repaired before they let me go. Phew...
