I asked my Dajie for easy to bake muffins recipes. Today is a public holiday and I didn't plan to go anywhere, seems like a perfect day to bake. I baked banana chocolate chips muffins and pumpkin chocolate chips muffins. For a first-timer, I think my muffins look good and they taste good... hee...
