1st Appetizer (Scallop)

French Restaurant: Yuuki 

29 January 2011 is Peihoon's birthday. Brie's birthday is also round the corner. We had a lunch gathering at a French Restaurant (Yuuki) in Oita City.

It's the 1st time for me to try French food. My impression of French food is that the portion is small and it will not be filling. Brie who had lived in French before says that French food has good presentation but don't taste very good. Peihoon who has been to the restaurant says that the food is good. Everyone has a different opinion, so I'm there to try it for myself. 



2nd Appetizer: Salmon



  



Main course: Fish

First, the decoration and ambience are good and the service is excellent (so attentive that I feel a little uncomfortable when the waiter watched as we eat and try to explain the food and cutlery to use...).

Food wise, it's already done in a way to suit Japanese taste, so it taste good to me.

Plateful of desserts

The desserts were the most impressive! 

Indian Restaurant: Nanak

For dinner, we decided to eat Indian food. The restaurant serve Tandoori chicken, curries, nan... (but no prata and tosai). The nan and curries were great! I miss Indian food! We got free lassi because it was Peihoon's birthday.
