How do you get the miniature and fish-eye effect? I like the miniature effect, cute!

We post too many photos... so no space... The purchase only for 1 year, so after 1 year need to continue paying? My canon got miniature and fish-eye effect...hee... so I play with it... got the colour changing thingy too, but I don;t really like to play with that...
