According to the senseis, 福寿し is one of the best sushi restaurant in Oita (not just Saiki, but the whole of Oita), so when I decided to spend the money to go with them for a GOOD sushi meal. It was not only good, it was very fresh and delicious, definitely worth the 3000 yen.

  It is a small shop with about 9 counter seats and a small private room. The sushi master will prepare the sushi on the spot.








  



At the counter, there is water flowing down for customer to wash their hands after eating sushi (with their hands).
